Our values

We started doing property maangement in 2010 because we couldn't find any existing Property Management Company that would take care of our investor clients properly. We have since grown to handle well over 100 residential properties. Many of our landlords have been with us for over a decade. We have found it easier to maintain positive relationships with tenants when we provide them with a well maintained home. That's why we insist our landlords amintain their homes in the best possible condition.
We have been known to fire a landlord occasionally if the landlord is unwilling to maintain the standard we have set for our homes.

Customer service

In using the online portal "Buildium" we provide both our landlords and our tenants the ability to reach us in a timely manner. Each inquiry is time stamped and received by several of us simulataneously so we are accountable to a prompt response. If your a landlord with an important question or a tenant with a maintenance request. we will respond in a timely manner!

Commitment to quality

We have recently implemented a policy of having each of our properties inspected by a professional home inspector at the midterm of each lease. This provides us with the best information about the care the tenant is providsing in the home and helps us and our landlords maintain a healthy and safe home for our tenants.

Integrity

If we are going to hold our landlords and tenants to a high standard, we must ourselves provide a high level of prompt and efficient service to both our landlords and our tenants.

After being born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Harvey Blankfeld looked to the west and decided he saw his future in the bright Las Vegas lights. Harvey, his wife, and their two sons have lived in the valley since 1993 and thoroughly enjoy the lifestyle and opportunities they have found here. However, Harvey continues to maintain his east coast ties with family and friends and loves those Baltimore Ravens!
